Snatch, Cleans, Thrusters, Deadlifts, Squats. While we do them every day in class, when it comes to competition, being able to move just 1 second faster is the difference in PR in a previous workout, or hundreds of places on the leaderboard. This week is working on moving fast, moving efficient, and understanding HOW to pace a workout. If you are too aggressive, you’ll fall apart and spend time staring at the clock, if you are able to move fast and efficient you’ll be able to keep moving and not donk out.
