Open Skill Session Week 1 | Double Unders & Rowing

Whether it’s getting your first double under, hitting bigger sets, or refining technique, here we are going to break down the basics and be able to work on how to efficiently perform double unders while breathing.

Rowing is all about efficiency, the more efficient you are, the less energy you’ll use which will allow you to be able to row quickly, and move right into the next movement. If you aren’t efficient on the row, you’ll start to burn out faster and lose energy for the rest of the workout.
